Start the coin wallet, let it load then close it.

Right click the bootstrap.dat link and select "save as"

Type  %appdata%  in the top address bar

Open the coin folder and click save

Start the wallet, it will say importing blocks. Just let it run. 

--> It could take hours, days or weeks depending on the specs of your pc.

Once it's done importing the wallet will rename the bootstrap.dat to bootstrap.dat.old  then you can delete it.
